SHIPPING

Domestic orders that are at least $150 (after all discounts and promotions are applied) will receive free ground shipping. Unfortunately we cannot offer free ground shipping to orders being sent to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses. If your order is under $150, or you live in one of the above listed areas, your order can still be upgraded but you will have to pay for any additional shipping costs. Free ground shipping cannot be applied to any previous purchases. Orders are prepared and shipped during regular business hours. SALE PRICE POLICY

The final purchase price is the price shown on the website at the time of purchase. There are no exceptions. If the price of an item changes after you purchased that item, the new purchase price will not be transferred to any previous orders. No price adjustments are offered.

We know it’s important to try a swimsuit on! We also know that most women LOVE their Honey Bee bikini once they get it. SO TRY it…ON US!

Don’t like it? Return it! We don’t care why. Don’t like the color? Too small, too big? Just return it for an exchange. No restock fee. No Authorization number, No Hassles! Honey Bee Swim will gladly accept any full priced, clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits for an exchange if you are not happy with your bikini. Sorry we do not offer full refunds at this time. Also please note that all sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at www.shophoneybee.com must first contact Honey Bee Swim via email or phone within (7) days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original invoice, original packaging, sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hangtags must still be attached.

Customers wishing to exchange must select new item(s) from the current availability and return new items within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Exchanges after this date may be returned to sender. 

Any soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items sent for exchange will not be accepted for health reasons. Please try all swimwear bottoms over your own undergarments.  If goods in such states are received, your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. To initiate an exchange or refund, you will first need to email us within (7) days.

SALES TAX

The states of California and Arizona require us to collect sales tax on any orders being shipped to addresses in either state.

 

PROMOTIONAL CODES

You may enter any valid promotional codes above the order summary section on the checkout page. Honey Bee Swim promotional codes are case sensitive so please be careful to enter the codes correctly, or they may not be applied. After you have entered the promotional code, please be sure that it has been applied in the order summary section. Only one promotional code may be used per order. Once a promotional offer has expired, it cannot be honored on future orders. Any current promotions cannot be applied to previous transactions. If you are exchanging items on an order where you used the promotional code, we will continue to honor that promotion, but only on equal items.

 

ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Honey Bee Swim does not keep records of customers’ credit card information for security reasons. In some instances we will not be able to make any changes to your order without first contacting you to ask for your credit card information. This is in your best interest and allows for a safe and secure shopping environment.

 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Please hand wash your bikinis and cover-ups using only mild soap to eliminate chlorine and salt residues. Do not machine wash, tumble-dry (bikinis) clean. Do not soak, do not wring, and do not use hot water. Items stored wet or wadded up might cause color bleeding. Hang damp garment from line or bar, away from direct sunlight. Do not iron bikinis. Avoid direct contact with body lotions, suntan lotions, and cosmetics. Remove residual sand when the piece is dry. Avoid contact with rough surfaces. Cover-ups are made of 100% Imported Silk. Hand wash in cold water and hang to dry. Cool iron when dry to remove any wrinkles. Cover-ups can also be DRY CLEANED and this is our suggestion. DO NOT USE WOOLITE!

Every bikini purchased from Honey Bee Swim is made with extreme attention to detail in our studio in Dallas, Texas. We have an all woman team of pattern makers and seamstress that work together to create our unique pieces.
