Honey Bee Swim will gladly accept any regularly priced, clean, unwashed, unworn, and unused swimsuits for an exchange if you are not happy with your bikini. Sorry we do not offer full refunds at this time. Also please note that all sale items or items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at www.shophoneybee.com must first contact Honey Bee Swim via email or phone within (7) days of receiving the merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original invoice, original packaging, sanitary stickers (applicable to all bottoms and one pieces) and original hangtags must still be attached.
Customers wishing to exchange must select new item(s) from the current availability and return new items within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Exchanges after this date may be returned to sender. Honey Bee Swim under no circumstances offers store credit.
Any soiled, worn, damaged or laundered items sent for exchange will not be accepted for health reasons. Please try all swimwear bottoms over your own undergarments. If goods in such states are received, your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. To initiate an exchange or refund, you will first need to email us within (7) days.

PLEASE CALL OUR OFFICE AT (844) 4HONEYBEE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BETWEEN 10AM TO 5PM CST TO RESERVE THESE ITEMS SO THEY DON'T SELL OUT AND TO PREPAY FOR THE EXCHANGE SHIPPING. HONEY BEE SWIM CANNOT RESERVE ITEMS VIA EMAIL.
HONEY BEE SWIM DOES NOT OFFER STORE CREDIT, SO WE RECOMMEND YOU CALL US TO RESERVE THE ITEM YOU'D LIKE FOR EXCHANGE. EXCHANGES ARRIVING WITHOUT AN ITEM RESERVED, MAY BE RETURNED TO SENDER WITHIN 14 DAYS OF RECEIPT.
STEP 3: COMPLETE AN EXCHANGE FORM (SOME INSTANCES DO NOT REQUIRE THIS FORM, WE WILL INFORM YOU WHEN YOU EMAIL US)
YOU MUST THEN PRINT AND COMPLETE THE EXCHANGE FORM AND ENCLOSE IT WITH YOUR EXCHANGE.
STEP 4: SAFELY PACKAGE AND SHIP THE MERCHANDISE
THE MERCHANDISE MUST THEN BE POSTMARKED WITHIN SEVEN (7) DAYS OF RECEIVING AN EMAIL FROM US. PLEASE INCLUDE THE ORIGINAL INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND ALL ORIGINAL HANGTAGS MUST BE ATTACHED. PLEASE BE SURE TO PACKAGE THE SUIT SECURELY WITH LABELS INTACT. THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE IN CLEAN (FREE OF DEODORANT OR OTHER STAINS), UNWASHED, UNWORN, UNUSED CONDITION WITH SANITARY STICKERS FOR ALL BOTTOMS AND ONE PIECES, AND ORIGINAL HANG TAGS MUST STILL BE ATTACHED. HONEY BEE SWIM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE THE PACKAGE AND/OR RETURN THE ITEMS BACK TO THE SENDER SHOULD THE MERCHANDISE NOT ABIDE BY THIS POLICY.

PLEASE ALLOW 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE TO BE PROCESSED. WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR SHIPPING AND YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.
